This assures our customers of worldwide optimum service and support. De Gruijter is accredited to the FIDI’s highest standard of quality assurance: FAIM-ISO. This quality scheme is being audited by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young every other two years.

FIDI
Fédération Internationale des Deménageurs Internationaux. FIDI is an international trade organization which globally represents approximately 750 associated international moving companies. FIDI controls the financial position of its members and delivers the PPP (Payment Protection Plan) which offers a guarantee that your move is executed at all times and under the agreed conditions.

OMNI
Overseas Moving Network International. OMNI represents the world’s leading companies in the trade of international moving. The shareholders are without any exception accredited to the highest industry quality standard, FAIM-ISO. This safeguards a top of the bill service provision within the network.

HHGFAA
Household Hoods Forwarders Association of America. This is the world’s largest trade organization with respect to surveys, forwarding, moving and transportation companies.

Recognized mover (“Erkende Verhuizers”)
De Gruijter is an official Recognized Mover, representing a quality standard which is issued by the Dutch trade organization Transport & Logistiek Nederland. Being accredited to this standard implies provision of guarantees with respect to amongst others trained staff and sound equipment, fit for purpose to carry out domestic moves.
