FAIM-ISO
FAIM stands for FIDI Accredited International Mover. FAIM-ISO represents the highest degree of the FIDI initiated Quality program. The FIDI-FAIM standard imposes 80% compliance with the set requirements whereas FAIM-ISO goes further upon imposing for instance criteria for environmental policy, facilities and equipment, staff training, quality levels and financial stability of the company. Each other year a FIDI mandated independent third party audit is being executed by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in order to safeguard the validity of the accreditation. ISO 9001-2000
De Gruijter is accredited to the ISO 9001-2000 quality standard and is hence being audited by the independent Bureau Veritas Quality International, the most important authority in the world in the field of quality control. Twice a year De Gruijter is being screened by them with respect to processes, procedures and the mandated trail of continually improvement of effectiveness. Moreover internal auditing of all departments imposes a further check on our processes, procedures and quality assurance management.

Recognized mover (“Erkende Verhuizers”)
De Gruijter is an official Recognized Mover, representing a quality standard which is issued by the Dutch trade organization Transport & Logistiek Nederland. Being accredited to this standard implies provision of guarantees with respect to amongst others trained staff and sound equipment, fit for purpose to carry out domestic moves.
