Your own account manager on hand
We have an eye for detail, as you will notice during the very first conversation with your account manager. He (or she) will be available to guide you through the entire process. Depending on the precise requirements of the move, he will assemble a team of expert professionals. As you will appreciate, packing valuable or unusual items and dismantling large items of furniture requires special skills, as does reassembling those items and arranging your belongings at your destination.

If you have children, it is important that they feel included in the process. If you would like us to take your dog for a walk on arrival – just say the word! We can also arrange for your belongings (including vehicles) to be placed in temporary storage in secure and climate-conditioned facilities virtually anywhere in the world.
Your account manager will also coordinate your move with any external service providers, such as the contractor putting the finishing touches to your new home, painters and decorators, or the interior designer you have asked to position your furniture and arrange the towels in the cupboards to create a homely atmosphere from day one. Coordinating these activities will make absolutely no demands on your own time: your account manager will liaise with everyone involved and will report progress to you at pre-agreed intervals.
Move or no move, you must be able to continue with your everyday life. We work closely with our sister company GRS Global Relocation Services, who will help you and your family to settle into your new surroundings as quickly as possible. GRS Global Relocations Services can submit visa applications on your behalf, arrange language and culture lessons, register your children at a local school or with sports associations, or arrange for a (rental) vehicle. Its consultants can tell you everything you need to know about your new location so that you quickly feel ‘at home’.
